Downloading League File

Using: MacBook Pro 11.0.1 Big Sur

Problem: Receiving error message after waiting 5-8 minutes for the download to compete

I even tried using the manual league file from SSG site under OOTP22 and inserting back in that way.

Also my firewall is off.

Is this for OOTP 1 or 2 league?
