Chicago Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Led by Yeltsin Gudino, the Chicago White Sox defeated the Houston Astros, 4-3. Gudino went 2-3 with a home run and 2 walks for the White Sox. Chicago reliever Jesús Martínez got the win, raising his record to 2-2. Jesús Mejía was tagged with the loss. For the Astros, the loss makes their record 12-19.

Wendell Rijo was the walk-off hero for Chicago. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the White Sox designated hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
