6-1 Loss to Dodgers Extends St. Louis Losing Streak
The skies opened up and the rain fell at Busch Stadium.

Led by Jonah Heim, the Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the St. Louis Cardinals, 6-1. Heim went 2 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Dodgers. Luis Ramírez, 1-0, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 2.1 innings.

Early in the game, Heim had a 2-run home run for Los Angeles. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Dodgers on top, 2-0.

"We've hit a rough patch right now," said St. Louis skipper Aaron Thompson.

The Dodgers improved to a lofty 27-6.
