Cyclones Improve to 7-3 with 6-2 Win
Behind the hitting of Steve Rose, the Brooklyn Cyclones stopped the Aberdeen Ironbirds, 6-2. Rose was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once for the Cyclones. The victory makes Brooklyn 7-3, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2025.

With Brooklyn leading 2-1 in the bottom of the second, Rose hit a fastball from José Luna for a 3-run home run. It was his 4th home run of the season and put the Cyclones ahead, 5-1.

"We looked pretty good up and down," said Brooklyn manager Tom Slater.
