Cyclones Deal Tigers 4-3 Loss
The Brooklyn Cyclones snuck past the Connecticut Tigers, 4-3, in 15 innings. Brooklyn pitcher Ollie Benjamin, in particular, had a standout performance. Brooklyn pitcher Gabel Compagne got the win. He's now 1-1. Robby Mitchell was tagged with the loss. Brooklyn goes to 19-15, Connecticut to 25-9.

Brooklyn used the timely hitting of Ethan López to seize the win. The center fielder stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the 15th inning to put the Cyclones on top, 4-3. It was his only hit in 2 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.

"This game tested our mettle," said Benjamin.
