Burrell Leads State College to 9-5 Win with 3 Jacks
State College center fielder Greg Burrell had a 8-RBI performance, which helped his team down the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, 9-5. The Spikes own a robust 31-16 mark.

Burrell contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for State College in the top of the third. With his team trailing 2-0, Burrell took a fastball from Raúl Villalobos and stroked the home run to right. His 9th home run of the season allowed the Spikes to leap in front, 4-2.

"There's ebbs and flows in the season and right now we're just looking to finish strong," said Burrell.
