Mike Graves was locked and loaded, helping the Princeton Rays beat the Burlington Royals, 2-1. After today's action, Princeton sits at 24-15, while Burlington falls to 19-20.
Princeton took a 2-1 lead on Walt Burch's 10th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Burch hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Burlington pitcher Jeff O'Day visibly frustrated.
"We found a way to get it done," Burch said.
