Angels Slap 2-1 Loss on Seattle
Los Angeles starter McKenzie Mills put the Seattle offense in a vise grip. The left-hander relied heavily on his curveball in leading the Angels to a 2-1 win. Darren Watkins finished to wrap up his 4th save. Los Angeles is now 19-25.

Jamie Tolbert had a big solo home run for the Angels in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Los Angeles leading 1-0 and the bases empty, he sized up a fastball from 29-year old left-handed pitcher Eric Wilkerson and punished it. The result was his 3rd home run of the season, which put the Angels on top, 2-0.

"I was a little disappointed," said Seattle manager Jeff Banister. "We could've and should've scored more runs."
