Hits Galore: Curry Drills 5 Hits
Jeremy Curry was unstoppable, but the Philadelphia (VSL) Phillies were not.

Despite his hitting heroics at VSL Phillies Complex, the Phillies lost, 16-13, to the Detroit (VSL) Tigers. Curry battered Detroit (VSL) for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. His only consolation will be a boost in his batting average and a brief mention in the record book.

Curry just shook his head after the game, telling BNN reporters, "It's the team with the most runs that wins, not the most hits."
