Twins Take Nail-Biter Over Blue Jays
The Minnesota Twins found a way to sneak past the Toronto Blue Jays, 4-3, in 10 innings. Minnesota pitcher Adys Portillo, for one, had a standout performance. Minnesota reliever Pat Calhoun was the winner. His record is now 2-3. Shigochiyo Ohayashi took the loss. Minnesota is now 30-36, Toronto 39-27.

The Twins got a clutch hit from left fielder Raúl Fernández. In the bottom of the tenth, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Twins.

In postgame remarks, Fernández said: "I'm proud of our guys, of their fight."
