Fans at Monsters Stadium were not deterred by the threat of rain. They came to see their hometown WL Angels take on the WL Braves.

WL starter Marc Collins had a strong outing against the WL Braves at Monsters Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 6-1 win. In 6 innings, Collins surrendered 3 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 3. He allowed 1 run. Steve Numbers locked down his 1st save.
