San Diego Bats Go Silent in 3-0 Loss
The Texas Rangers got a magnificent effort from pitcher Iván Galló, who kept San Diego hitters in check en route to a 3-0 Rangers win at Globe Life Park in Arlington. The winning pitcher was Galló, now 8-4. He tossed 6.1 innings of 4-hit ball, while walking 0 and fanning 8. The Rangers improved their record to 36-41 with the win over San Diego.

Luis Camacho drove in one run for Texas. The 28-year old left fielder had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 1st and 3rd, he broke a 0-0 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Julio Urias. It was his 27th RBI of the season.

"My job is to throw quality pitches, go as deep as I can, and give us an opportunity," said Galló.
