Bob Ramsey brought his A-game to help Houston defeat the Boston Red Sox, 5-1. The win has Houston at 43-67.

Houston used the timely hitting of Art Morrison to seize the win. The designated hitter stroked a 2-run single in the top of the eighth inning to put the Astros on top, 3-1. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a game-changer.

"Bob was doing a good job pouring in strikes," said Houston manager Manny Acta.
