The Minnesota Twins trumped the Atlanta Hammers, 8-4, at Target Field. Minnesota shortstop Lúcio Aguilar was terrific. He was 3 for 4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Randy Lewis earned save number 2 this season. Minnesota now has a record of 68-58 with the win.

Aguilar contributed in the bottom of the second. With the bases loaded, he hit a 2-run double. It was one at-bat among others that helped Minnesota get the win.

"I'm just trying to make good contact," said Aguilar, "one at-bat at a time."
