The Philadelphia Phillies grabbed a win, 8-3, over the Seattle Mariners at Citizens Bank Park. Philadelphia catcher Tom J. Murphy was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. It was his 15th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Phillies ahead, 3-0.
