The Washington Nationals used an offensive barrage to beat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 10-0, at Nationals Park. Manny Machado, who led the AL in doubles with 51 in 2013, led the way, going 2-for-4 for Washington. Washington, with the win, is 8-4.

With Washington leading 6-0 in the bottom of the seventh, Machado came up to bat against Los Angeles pitcher Brad Gray. Machado hit a changeup to right for a grand slam home run. His 3rd home run of the season put the Nationals on top, 10-0.

"You can't sugarcoat this one," said Los Angeles manager Torey Lovullo. "We got flat-out beat."
