|
Los Angeles Dodgers starter Spike Henry was in a rhythm all game. He led his team to a win over the Colorado Rockies, 3-2. In 6.2 innings, Henry surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. He allowed no runs. Earning his 7th save of the year was Mike Morin.
Maake Arnold, who finished 4th in the AL in runs with 122 in 2021, had a direct impact on the outcome. Arnold contributed a run-scoring ground out in the top of the third inning to put Los Angeles up, 3-0.
"It was just a matter of executing," said Los Angeles manager Torey Lovullo.
