Mariners Pick Up 3-2 Road Win Over St. Louis
Getting an impressive start from Artie Caines, Seattle beat St. Louis by the score of 3-2. The victory makes Seattle 15-12, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2026.

The Mariners got a big at-bat from first baseman Bob Hollis. For the game, Hollis went 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 6th home run of the season gave Seattle a 2-0 lead.

"We're playing like we're capable of," said Seattle manager Jeff Banister.
