Everhart Booms 3 Homers Sunday, August 10th , 2025 Randy Everhart went on a hitting rampage at Volcanoes Stadium and got membership in the select club of hitters who have hit three home runs in a game. He walloped three into the stands to pace the Hops to a win, 9-3, over the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes. The Hillsboro first baseman collected 3 hits in 4 at-bats, drove in 6 and scored 3 runs. "I don't know, you never know when things are going to fall into place," he told the press after his big game. "Today, I didn't have any special insight or adjustment, I just happened to get three pitches I was ready for." Randy Everhart struck out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Ron Sutton in the 4th, walked in the 5th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Brian Lauzon in the 6th and hit a solo-shot off Jerry White in the 8th. Thus far this season in 41 games, Everhart is batting .276 with 4 home runs, 25 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He has 43 hits in 156 at-bats. |
