Phillies End Lindsey Streak Sunday, August 10th , 2025 Lady Luck was not on the side of Chris Lindsey or his teammates at VSL Tigers Complex. Everything went the way of the Philadelphia (VSL) Phillies, who not only came away with the 6-1 victory over Detroit (VSL), but also held Lindsey hitless in 1 at-bat to put an end to his 26-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Lindsey said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." On the year, Lindsey has hit .461 with 2 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 29 runs. |
