Seattle, Chicago Finalize Trade Friday, July 18th , 2025 The Mariners announced today the acquisition of $4,250,000 in cash from the Chicago Cubs in exchange for 28-year old LHP Jon Hall and 25-year old LF Eric Stewart. "This isn't the biggest deal out there," acknowledged the Mariners, "but it should help out both clubs." This season, Hall has recorded 2 saves with a 0-2 record. He's made 22 relief appearances, tossed 49.2 innings while fanning 44 with a 2.17 ERA. |
