Dodgers-Orioles Swap: Delgado for Garland Monday, July 21st , 2025 Los Angeles and Baltimore made a trade today. In this move, the Dodgers shipped 25-year old minor league LHP Eric Barr, 18-year old minor league CF Bobby Jones, 17-year old minor league RHP Olímpio Teves, and 23-year old minor league RHP Randy Delgado to the Orioles for 30-year old 3B Mike Garland and 30-year old LHP Hector Jimenez. The Los Angeles GM told reporters, "I think this trade is beneficial to everyone involved, including the players." Baltimore will retain a portion of Jimenez's remaining contract. This year, Garland is batting .255 with 19 home runs and 47 RBIs. |
