Baltimore-Pittsburgh Announce Swap Wednesday, July 23rd , 2025 The Orioles and Pirates have been engaged in a little wheeling and dealing. They have just concluded a trade with 31-year old C Derek MacLehose going to Pittsburgh in exchange for 19-year old minor league C Joe Mercado and 24-year old minor league 2B Emmitt Shiplack. So far this year, MacLehose is batting .341 with 6 home runs, 25 RBIs and 18 runs scored. |
