Escobar Celebrates Birth of New Baby Monday, August 4th , 2025 Elys Escobar has a pretty good reason to miss a game: the birth of his child. Escobar left early this morning to return home to be with his expecting wife. "I talked to him a little while ago", commented Firebirds manager Barry Larkin. "He was as excited as a new father can be." Escobar is expected back in uniform in a couple of days. |
