Colorado Eliminated from Playoff Contention Sunday, September 28th , 2025 The mood in the Colorado Rockies clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Rockies catcher Dom Nunez. "Nobody to blame but us." Colorado last appeared in the postseason in 2022. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 23 times in their 33-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Rockies have missed the playoffs 3 times. |
