Toronto-Minnesota Announce Swap Sunday, December 14th , 2025 The Baseball News Network is reporting that Toronto and Minnesota have agreed in principle to a swap that will send 23-year old minor league 1B Sean McQueen to the Twins with 25-year old 2B Jake Conley joining the Blue Jays. Toronto general manager Jason Arnett would not confirm the trade, but a team representative close to the negotiations said the deal is official and is now only awaiting approval from the league. |
