San Francisco-Tampa Bay Fight Results in Suspensions Friday, May 1st , 2026 After an intense confrontation, both the Giants Jurickson Profar and the Rays Joe Montgomery were handed their punishments today. The league commissioner's office issued suspensions for an on-the-field conflict that occurred at a recent San Francisco-Tampa Bay game. Jurickson Profar will miss 4 games, while Joe Montgomery was suspended for 9 games. "Sometimes we go too far and have to pay the consequences," Jurickson Profar commented later.
