Wood Selected Top Player Monday, June 1st , 2026 When it came to hitting the baseball, Billy Wood was in a class by himself in the National League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding first baseman for Milwaukee tagged opposing pitchers for a .545 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
