3 Bombs for Ramão La Arena Thursday, June 4th , 2026 Ramão La Arena went on an explosive hitting spree against the Minnesota Twins at Target Field, launching a trio of blasts to help the Kansas City Royals win, 16-6. The center fielder finished 4-for-5 with 4 runs scored and 8 RBI. "It was just one of those days," La Arena said in a postgame interview. "I don't know how to explain it. I'm just putting a good swing on the ball." Minnesota skipper Robin Ventura said La Arena was "locked-in." "We made some pretty good pitches," he said. "Those first two homers were exactly where the pitcher wanted to put them. He's just hot right now -- you've just got to tip your hat to him." Ramão La Arena hit a solo-shot off Anthony DeSclafani in the 2nd, was hit by a pitch in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit a GRAND SLAM off Pete Lambert in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Randy Lewis in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
