Russell Has Nagging Injury, Listed DTD Tuesday, June 23rd , 2026 The Chicago White Sox said it will be up to third baseman Addison Russell whether he plays or not. He suffered a day-to-day injury in yesterday's game against the Cleveland Guardians and could be missing a few games. Russell was hurt while running the bases and sustained a strained rib cage muscle. Team doctors told him it could up to 1-2 weeks before he heals completely. In this current campaign Russell is hitting at a .291 clip with 11 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
