Oakland Deals Bray to Washington for Austin Wednesday, July 29th , 2026 Patrick Garde, general manager of the Oakland Athletics, has signed off on a trade for Washington's 30-year old minor league LF Jeremy Austin. To complete the deal, the Athletics will send 33-year old RHP Jake Bray to the Nationals. For the season, Bray is 1-and-5 with 2 saves and a 3.00 ERA. He has given up 38 hits in 42 innings with 37 strikeouts. Currently Austin is batting .275 with no home runs and 32 RBIs. |
