Hit Parade: Camacho Pops 5 Hits Tuesday, August 11th , 2026 Luis Camacho got the glory and the headlines, but the Oakland Athletics left with the win. The Texas left fielder easily handled the Athletics pitching, going 5-for-6, but his Texas Rangers came out on the short end of the 6-5 score. Camacho told BNN reporters in the postgame interview he would happily trade "three or four" of his hits for a win. "Heck, maybe even all of them," he said with a laugh. "Right now, it just seems like one loss in a long season but who knows what it could mean at the end." Luis Camacho singled in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, singled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
