The FCL Mets picked up a win at Ballpark of Belvedere, downing the FCL Astros, 4-3. On the mound for FCL was left-hander Greg May, who played a pivotal role in the win. FCL is now 19-4, FCL 9-14.
José Aguilar, who is tied for 7th in the FCL in runs scored with 15, had a direct impact on the outcome. Aguilar contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the sixth inning to put FCL up, 3-1.
"Greg did a good job keeping the game under control," said FCL manager Travis Tartamella.
