Astros Walk It Off for 13th Win of Season
|
Led by Orlando Fernández, the FCL Astros defeated the FCL Marlins, 6-4. Fernández went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once for the Astros. The Astros sport a record of 13-21.
The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Fernández hit a slider from Eric Bass for a 2-run home run. The Astros, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
"I felt good up there," said Fernández. "I saw the ball well."
