FCL parlayed a decent outing from starter Bengt Colding into a solid win over the FCL Blue Jays. The final score was 6-2. Pepe Martínez recorded his 6th save for FCL. FCL now sits at 15-16, while FCL falls to 21-10.
The Phillies got a big boost from shortstop Dave Gregory who had a run-scoring ground out in the bottom of the first inning off Blue Jays hurler Juan Ortega. It was his 15th RBI of the season and put FCL on top, 1-0.
