Eager fans turned out for a matchup between the Washington Nationals and Atlanta Hammers.

Esteban Vázquez had a good game, but he could not keep the Atlanta Hammers from falling, 6-3, to the Washington Nationals at SunTrust Park. The Atlanta designated hitter was 3 for 4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 in the loss. Ty Buttrey, the winner, improved to 4-3.
