In the 6-4 Harrisburg win over Richmond, the impact of Mike Raines was substantial. Raines went 2-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The Senators, with only their 7th win in 24 games, could be the worst team in the league.

Raines had a game-changing double in the top of the sixth. On a 0-1 fastball from Aurelio Soriano, he banged a run-scoring double to left, giving the Senators a 1-0 lead. It was the 5th double of the year for Raines.

"We're trying to go out there and win games," Raines told the Harrisburg Bulletin, "and we played pretty well tonight."
