The winning streak continued for New Hampshire.

New Hampshire turned a good effort from starter Ed Buschlen into a win over the Portland Sea Dogs at Northeast Delta Dental Stadium. The Fisher Cats won the game, 6-1. The winner in relief was Andriu Martin. He is now 1-0. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.2 innings.

New Hampshire took a 2-1 lead on Toby Clendennon's 3rd home run of the season. The solo home run, which Clendennon hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Portland pitcher Jeremy Dunn visibly frustrated.

"I just kind of blacked out and executed my pitches," said Buschlen.

The winning streak has now reached 9 games for New Hampshire.
