NYSEG Stadium played host to some exciting baseball.

The Binghamton Mets beat the Akron RubberDucks, 7-6, at NYSEG Stadium. Binghamton second baseman Odalis García led the way. He went 3-4 with 3 singles, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Binghamton goes to 16-32, Akron to 21-26.

Jon Johnson was the walk-off hero for Binghamton. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Mets first baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Johnson.
