Mets Squeeze Out Win in Pitching Duel
Binghamton pitcher Monte Craig did his part in helping his team beat the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, 1-0. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Aurelio Jiménez got credit for the save for Binghamton. It was his 8th of the year. The win has Binghamton at 20-30.

Rob Elliott came through for Binghamton when he hit a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth. With a runner on 3rd, he hit a two-strike changeup to right field, staking his team to a 1-0 lead.

"It wasn't easy, but we got it done," said Elliott.
