Johnson Now 4-5 After Subduing Knights
The Norfolk Tides went home winners at Harbor Park, thanks in large part to starter Brad Johnson. Johnson stifled the Charlotte Knights, enabling Norfolk to grab the 9-1 win. Norfolk has won 4 straight games.

Johnson, who leaned on his fastball, allowed no runs on just 2 hits over 6.1 innings for the Tides. For the most part, Charlotte hitters were simply overmatched.

"Some wins are easy and some are difficult, but either way we come to the ballpark ready to work hard every day," Johnson told the Norfolk Herald.
