The Rochester Red Wings topped the Scranton WB RailRiders by a score of 5-4. Leading the way was shortstop José Morán. Morán was 3 for 5 with 3 singles and a walk. He scored 3 runs for the Red Wings. The winner was Rob Williams in relief. His record improves to 4-2. Billy Bell took the loss. Rochester has now won 4 straight.

It could have been a different outcome for Rochester, had it not been for Lúcio Aguilar, the 25-year old third baseman . Aguilar contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the 11th inning to put Rochester up, 5-4.
