Reinert Terrific in 6-1 Columbus Triumph
Columbus starter Ron Reinert kept the Durham offense from doing much damage. The right-hander leaned on his splitter in leading the Clippers to a 6-1 win. The Clippers improved their record to 35-33 by beating Durham.

Reinert, who is rated as the 81st best prospect by BNN, pitched a complete game for Columbus. Reinert surrendered 5 hits over 9 innings and struck out 3. With the win, he moves to 4-5 on the season.
