The Buffalo Bisons knocked off the Scranton WB RailRiders, 4-2, in International League action at Coca-Cola Field. Buffalo pitcher and Arvada, Colorado, native Pierce Johnson had an outstanding performance. Buffalo is now 32-37. Scranton WB is 37-33.

Steve Johnson contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the seventh. With a runner on 1st, he hit a double. His at-bat helped Buffalo get the win.

Buffalo manager Mark Budzinski praised his team's "businesslike approach."
