The Albuquerque Isotopes got a stellar effort from pitcher Mitch Galloway, helping Albuquerque score a win over the visiting Omaha Storm Chasers, 8-0. The winning pitcher was Galloway, now 2-1. He tossed 6.1 innings of 5-hit ball, while walking 2 and fanning 3. Don Younger locked down his 1st save.

Albuquerque took the lead, 5-0, on Tim Stevenson's 2nd home run of the season. The grand slam home run came off Omaha pitcher Stan Spencer in the bottom of the seventh.

"We'll kick back tonight, then get set for the next one," Stevenson said.

With the loss, Omaha drops to 9-7.
