PC Trophy Goes to Farrar of Tacoma

When it came to hitting the baseball, Steve Farrar had few peers in the Pacific Conference this past week.
The talented second baseman for Tacoma tagged opposing pitchers for a .435 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 10 hits in 23 at-bats, 2 homers, 5 runs scored and 5 RBIs.
For the season, Farrar is currently batting .283 with 4 home runs and 26 RBIs. In 56 games he has reached base at a .358 rate and scored 24 runs to date.
