Quental, New Orleans Prevail in Pitchers' Duel
The New Orleans Zephyrs locked up a win at Zephyr Field, knocking off the Omaha Storm Chasers, 2-1. On the mound for New Orleans was right-hander Raquel Quental. He played a major role in the triumph. Raymond Rodriguez picked up his 8th save of the season. With their winning streak at 6, the Zephyrs have raced to a strong start this season.

Quental gave New Orleans a solid start. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit over 6.2 innings.

"Really, really impressed with the way Raquel competed and executed pitches," said New Orleans manager Jody Reed.
