Powered by Jorge Salinas, the Scranton WB RailRiders downed the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, 8-6. Salinas was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the RailRiders. The win puts Scranton WB at 2-2.

D.J. Peterson had a big 3-run home run for the RailRiders in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Scranton WB leading 5-3 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a knuckle curve from Al Parker and swatted a home run to right-center. It was his 1st home run of the season, and more importantly, it put the RailRiders ahead, 8-3.

"I just tried to put the barrel on it," said Salinas.
