Salt Lake right fielder Joe McDonald helped his team beat the Round Rock Express, 12-7. McDonald, who is tied for 10th in the PC in triples with 2, went 2 for 5 for the Bees. The Bees improved their record to 17-30 by beating Round Rock.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Bees grabbed the lead when McDonald hit his 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run off António Ríos made it 10-7, Salt Lake.

"I keep on showing up every day and trying to put up good at-bats and find good pitches to hit," said McDonald.
