Riding the 2-hit performance of the 22-year old center fielder António Rosa, the Round Rock Express defeated the Reno Aces, 6-2. Ken Long snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-0 on the season. Holden Helmink suffered the loss. After today's action, Round Rock sits at 21-26, while Reno falls to 20-27.

Lou Manning drove in one run for Round Rock. With one out and the game tied in the bottom of the seventh inning, Manning had a clutch at-bat. Facing Reno hurler Holden Helmink, he hit a sacrifice fly to give the Express a 3-2 lead.

"We did a lot of really good things and it was a good win," said Express manager Ben Petrick.
